zed hard nerfed by bug fix

as first im not zed player. Just i saw many videos and when i spectating challenger streams.. i saw in chat zed saying dat zed is unplayble with the bug fix cause every w q w e will be much slower and adss huge counterplay to dodge it...

just saying it hit him hard
