how is riven playable when she has 130 sec ult cd on rank 1.. more then 2 mins cd... even garen has 120 sec or other toplanes like darius 120 sec etc... for me this is alot.. 20 sec nerf is alot. and now tommorow it will be impossible to buy 40 cdr fast cause cdr is getting gutted from boots and masteries..
funny dat how vayne gets only -3 ad and irelia gets his e dmg nerfed by 20.. so funny nerfs.. and riven gets always hard nerfed.. big number nerfs

Toplane meta is a mess and riven cant compete with them at all powerwise ( maybe in hyper low elo but there I can win with ad lux). Dont get me wrong, she CAN be good but you need to WOOOORK so much harder with her to get her rolling and some matchups just counter you in champselect so hard that you cant even trade at all no matter what you do. Hell even toplane leblanc is easier to play currently. And fiora still outclasses her at nearly everything, no reason to pick her at the moment. She got akalied because of qq, just deal with it and pick something else or get used to handycapping yourself just because you want to play her.
