Soz bro but even if Riven has 20% winrate, I don't think you'll find much people here that would support Riven buffs. See, she's not exactly the most enjoyable champion to play against.

Riven got stomped because the anti-adc meta came back, not because shes in need of buffs. Its like saying nasus should get more lifesteal from his passive because that one time people used long-range champs on top lane.

19+20 i would agree with but I feel riven fell cause she lost squishy killing power of LW and her as well as other ad snowballers/pokers (Assassins/varus/jayce) dont really have compensation
