i really dont want to say dat but riven needs seriously buffs... not getting 40 cdr from boots and new bruta hurts her way to hard dats why her winrate dropped to 44 %... reaching 40 cdr after spending 4+5k gold is huge nerf to her gameplay. she isnt even good atm so is pretty unplayble and sucks hard.. not even fun to play and the game is just gone worse... -5 cdr from masteries and -5 cdr from boots was too much for a very cooldown redcution depended champion like riven
