Can we just let Tahm Kench be able to use W on Blue/Red buffs already?
I do not see why he needs to be restricted from not being able do so, when we're going to have a champion that can share the buffs with one of his teammates.

I've already solved this issue by saying that if he is allowed to eat jungle monsters, he needs to apply his passive to them first, so he can't just walk up and steal
