Yeah she deserves early game buffs not literally being impossible to kill in late and murdering the shit out of tanks.
She already has one of the best late games as adcs the only ones beating her in late that i can think of are

shes not too strong, nor is she too weak.
but the real reason she doesnt deserve buffs is, because her kit is a 1 dimensional ball of stats without counterplay. something a lot of marksmen kits suffer from.
id rather not see her in the meta again before she gets a kit rework that adds a micromanagement mechanic like fioras passive or dravens axes to silver bolts.

Vayne is probably the weakest ADC right now thanks to all the new tank items. Especially Gargoyle Stoneplate.
They need buffs.

And yes Vayne is in an unhealthy spot and the buffs would be a good change.
I don't think she's strong, I think she's balanced.
