Petition: Riot should make a Legal Legends Garen skin.
He would wear a judges robe, have a wig, fight with a huge gavel instead of a sword, and all of his voice lines are just saying "justice."
Plus, the name is punny.

"Legal Legends" sounds like the name of one of those mobile LoL clones.
Also, while i find the skin idea very interesting, i feel like a skin like this should go to Jayce. It only makes sence that the hammer weilding champion gets a skin of a person, who's trademark is a hammer (gavel). Also, Judge Jayce sounds very catchy.
But, hey, if the skin sells well, maybe we will see an entire "Judge"skin line.

His spin should be him sitting in a swivel chair slapping people with books. His ult a giant gavel. His recall, he can be reading a case, grow more bored over time, fall asleep and fall off the back of his chair.
