Why is Poppy not considered a Jungler?
She has good clears and alright ganks but the jungler tab in champ select doesn't consider her to be, why?

She was designed to top and jg.
Then Riot completely decimated her ability to gank well with no compensation.
Riot ALSO won't say anything about it.
She can jungle just fine, she's more so dependent on how strong cinderhulk is and how cheap tri force is when it comes to her jingling.
Poppy jungle is fine other than the fact that people can avoid her ganks better than other junglers if they just don't stay near walls (which most people go into a habit of going near walls when someone ganks, it happens less often in high elo I think).
because people don't take her jungle, that section literally just looks at where people have statistically been playing the champion.
The tabs are based on pick rate in that role
