So what are you supposed to do as Singed vs. Vayne
I'm talking about the toplane matchup in a scenario in which a lane swap is not possible. Please discuss possible ways for Singed to survive.

Singed gets around the large number of bad lane matchups he has by proxy farming.
Vayne can't afford to take minion damage while she clears waves so she'll lose her tower and then be really exposed to ganks due to her lack of escape.
Proxy farm.
movespeed + Wardens mail + roam + jungler assistance alternately, full armor and bully hard
not much else you can do
Get a flask and level 3 then just proxy farm as much as you can. But then again this is Singed in every matchup he loses...so all of them.
Go for dorans, crawl under turret, at lvl3 get Q on lvl2 port home and buy a crystal flask. With flask and Dshield proxy teh sheit out from her.
