Possible improvement for Dynamic Queue

Hey there, I have to say I love how Dynamic Queue is coming up, can't wait to try it out here in EU. Recently I've heard about a player that was suggesting to allow players to switch their pick order in draft queue during the "pick intention" phase so that players that don't own all champions aren't forced to firstpick Adc/Mid because they can't pick for someone else and swap later.
