Why is eune client is hilariously laggy comparing with euw?

My question: why eune client is so laggy and will Riot fix it some day?

I just created an account on euw and it seems that chat works much smother and has no delay in champion select. Then trying to start the game or make a custom, theres no lagg, checking someones profile aren't laggy eather. After the game screen pop ups much faster.
