Shaco and Leblanca received indirect nerfs after changes to Frost Queen's Claim

Becouse Frost Frost Queen's Claim ghost doesn't follow Leblanca clone, her pasive is nearly usuless if an ap champion who has FQC uses it after her passive gets activated.

Frost Queen's Claim doesn't work with Shaco clone eather. In certain situations, you can't make risky plays anymore, like, if you try to mislead enemie with clone, by making them think that your clone is the real you to escape after assasinating someone, Frost Queen's Claim ghost will folllow the real Shaco, instead of following both of them. A lot of times I struggled or got killed becouse of it.

The little change: ghosts should follow the 2 nearest enemies (including clones) - Leblanca/Shaco, theyr clones or both of them.

I don't think Frost Queen's Claim needs any more nerfs, I only suggest changing it a little bit, so it wouldn't ruin certain champions kits, even if theres only a few of of them.
