Voli is pretty fun if you're a tank guy. Now depending on your build and masteries, Volibear is pretty good for the late-game, a good fighter in teamfights(good engages sometimes), He's a fun melee 1v1 fighter, and it takes a little bit of skill to play him.

Brand is fun as well if you're into combos Lategame he's pretty much the same strength as he is during his mid-game In teamfights your ult can be a mad killer! If you time it right tho His laning phase is decent, his mana costs are a little high so you'll be last hitting most of the time. He is pretty fun if you can land your combos He takes some skill to play.

Brand isn't the best choice right now, with the ad assassins being in meta, and then Voli is pretty weak vs the hyper carries that are also in meta (vayne). I think you should save up for one of my favorite champions in this meta, Lucian. He has a huge power spike after essence reaver into trinity force, and with these items you have low cds so your damage and out play potential is very high. You could probably climb a tier or two just from learning Lucian.

Brand with the new dot mastery makes him very powerful...
