Looking at the notes, it seems he has a fixed slow amount of 90%, a fixed cooldown at all levels, a fixed mana cost, and fixed damage. Sooooo :) is there something we didn't see that makes this anything other than a literal 1 point wonder?
I mean if u wanna let us put more points in q or r, that'd be cool lol.

Darius W scales with level in terms of cooldown. Its just a patch notes error.
Its SUPPOSED to be: 8 at all ranks --> 9/8/7/6/5.

Incase you were curious. Garen's W is also confirmed to have a typo (like I thought when I realized the Darius typo)
Armor bonus 30 at all ranks, the 10/15/20/25/30 was from the original version of his PBE update.
