Hello. Can we make Akali's W have no cast time? I want to use it for the speed buff, but there really is no point before it's rank 3 because the time wasted casting shroud makes it pretty much not worth it.
The shroud gives 20/40/60/80/100% MS that decays over 1 second. Rank 1/2 speed boost is negligible because of the cast time.

because getting rid of the cast time doesnt give the opposing laner/enemy a chance to react to you putting down the skill
also they removed the cast time on veigars w and that was considered a qol buff but ended up pushing him over the line
but dont kid yourself i am all up for giving akali something to help her it sucks when people complain about champs being super op and then nerfing them and forgetting about them 
Are1 votesAh, I get what you mean. I didn't think about that part, but honestly, I don't think that removing it will be too harsh on enemies like Veigar's "QoL" buff was. Everybody pinks anyways.

Hexten4 votesWith the resistances removed, shroud is useless when there are pink wards/oracle lens going around. The speed boost would mean something if it did not stop Akali from moving in the first place.

It's quite clear that they aren't going to buff her at all at this point.

fééd l0rd1 votesShe will get a rework cause she is unbalanced. Sometimes she is useless and sometimes she is kinda hard to stop. I mean if she snowballs she can outduel anyone and carry really hard. Her key abilities are point and click so there is no room for counterplay as squishy. Against Zed and Talon you would get Zhonias or QSS or something but Akali? On the other side her laning phase is really weak and she gets poked down and else...
