what happened at 12:02?

Was watching some incarnation fizz plays to study fizz a little more from the pros (picking up on tips etc)

but at 12:02 he is standing in the pool at base, then as soon as he leaves the pool he turns around quickly and his health and mana drop to <1/2

this is an S5 game, but wtf happened?

when you sell an item it can cause your characters health to drop, it can't kill you but it can make healing in base take longer, riot has touched on this bug before.
