...remove Hexdrinkers Lifeline passive.
I still don't get why Hexdrinker, as a COMPONENT, can have its full items passive, making it unneccessary to even build Maw until the very end.
I'm fine if my burst gets countered by Maw. It's bullshit when Hexdrinker alone does the Job already.

Anyway, the proposed Morellos nerf is just to stop AD mains from bitching because "muh no counterplay"( 
which they can build with absolutely 0 falloff in damage while getting pretty much immune to burst)
