Balance Is the Worst I've Seen Since I Started Playing
Why fuck does this damn balance team nerf champs with 43% win rates while leaving ones with 54% win rates alone. I don't give a flying fuck about LCS balance your damn game.

TitanAnteus1 votesIf a champion's potential is high but the majority of the playerbase can't realize it because they're bad, should they buff the champion, or leave the champion as is, and hope the players get better.
I'm more for option 2 because it is a game, and improvement is a thing. LCS is the champion's potential.
