Ashe Rework
Having just seen another Ashe Rework on the boards, it got me thinking about her kit. I do like Ashe, she was the first champion I ever put my all into learning, and it's horrible to see her in the state she's in right now, completely overshadowed by most other ADCs, and needing more help getting going as well. I'd love to see a more prominent Ashe on the Rift, so here's my idea:
Passive: Remains the same. Ashe is crit. Let her stay that way.
Q: Alter this so that it when it is not active, her auto attacks deal extra magic damage based on her level, or perhaps with some small AP ratio, to enemies afflicted by her frost shots. Each frost shot deals a reduced slow, but it stacks up to three times, and the bonus damage increases according to the stacks. This damage can critically strike. Stacks remain for six seconds and are refreshed after every auto attack. Allied champions can activate the damage, but each attack from a champion other than Ashe reduces the frost stacks by one.
W: Remains the same mostly, but add in the bonus damage granted by unaugmented auto attacks hitting afflicted enemies.
E: Hawkshot is just fine how it is. Only change I might suggest is offering either sending it to an area, or having the hawk focus on a specific target for a long duration, granting true vision of target enemy champion as it tries to flee? Just a suggestion.
R: Keep it, perhaps increasing the missile speed. The one change I would make would be increasing the damage dealt to enemies tagged directly with the revised Hawkshot.
The focus of this kit is to keep her current kit revolving around the slows in her as she already is, but adding in some interesting give and take between her Q and E skills. As Ashe has no escape, you have to choose between keeping someone slowed constantly at the expense of mana, or turning your Q off to deal some extra magic damage on hit. The spread of the volley allows her to solidify her position as a team based ADC, where she can now apply team stuns with her ult, team slows off her W, and can help her teammates deal extra damage to specific targets by applying frost shot stacks off her auto attacks while giving her team a small damage boost during the beginning of a fight with the widespread frost applied by her W. Right now her Hawkshot is essentially acting like a brief super ward, revealing any champions in a wide area, but having it tag one specific one opens up some amazing plays for teammates as well, who might not have been able to get in position quickly enough otherwise.
She's always been very team focused, and even if she falls behind she can carry from behind with her amazing ult and by helping to slow entire teams during fights, providing vision when pushing or being pushed. This allows her to do that while also encouraging meaningful choices on the part of the player between her Q and her W's effects, knowing where it's best to use which. This also keeps her relatively low skill cap stable, as she's always been a beginner champ, while giving her the potential for amazing plays given the right support from her team.
