Yearly post to make riven easier to play against while maintaining her fighting power.

Q - Longer base cooldown, reduced by some amount for each activation that hits something, down to where it is now.

E - Either of these two, probably not both. Only gains a shield when dashing into a fight. Or longer cooldown when not dashing into a fight.

I think riven plays the role of a diving fighter perfectly I may get annoyed sometimes but I think she does what she is meant to do. What I find problematic is that she can run away from a fight just as easily as she can start one. There isn't much of a repercussion for her messing up her combo's because it will all be available in a couple seconds anyways. Considering how large her window of power lasts, the window of opportunity against her should be longer than it is currently.

Just to get some actual numbers in here of what her window of power looks like: Starting at level 3 from the first cast of her q, she has 8 more seconds of use on her q, a .5 second knock up if she lands the third q, .75 second stun on w, 1.5 second shield on e. so this gives her a window of power lasting up to 10.75 seconds. The cooldown on her q is 13 seconds, meaning you have a 2.25 second window to engage on her window of opportunity if she drags things out.

If she uses everything in a burst combo and doesn't spend any time on auto's between abilities, it takes about .4 per q cast ( only reference for cast time I could find ) .75 second stun on w which can be buffered and 1.5 second shield on e for 3.5 seconds which leaves about 9.5 seconds for window of opportunity which is pretty good.
