Hi, please give Heimer a new passive

What's wrong with his original passive, i feel if he had a passive, it would throw donger off, and he'd be op. He already has his turrets, wat else does donger need? Donger don't need no more dings in his kit :P

Actually I considered this not too long ago in which his passive enabled him to program his turrets to prioritize one champion target every thirty seconds. Any other champion would be a secondary target while minions and monsters would be a tertiary target. In exchange for losing his regen passive, his turrets would be given increased health based on ability level.

...Anyway, that was just my thought seeing as how people have pointed out the glaring flaws in his turrets' AI.

Dude heifers passive is fine. He needs it since he is squishy and can play support role for the stun and passive healing.
