Started buying Targons on AP supports

Specifically annie, karthus, teemo, ekko, and fizz. (Annie and ekko are the only good supports on this list xD).

Targons gives essentially 500 hp, 2 sources of regen, and faster clear for melees. Combined with the standard ice stick and/or crying mask on most ap supports, they end up with around 3k hp. Thats pretty good. The regen is also good because APs have NO regen. Also, if you ask me, if you are going a non-traditional support, you should, at the very least, get targons for your ADCs sake.

I love frostfang (I main morg :D) but it has hardly any ap, and only poke and sin champions can abuse the speed boost. (Funny story: I just saw a jungle eve buy it). Also APs supports should be getting the free MS rune and so mobility is less of issue. (Another funny story - I ran MS quints since S2 and was scared of removal but riot just replaced with this new rune. :D) The 10% cdr is nice but given the standard morello and luc boots, 40% is hardly better than 30%.

Also a little background, I never buy sightstone and, as of late, I never get tier 3 support item (I main support xD). This thoughts come from a person with the intent of carrying from support (which I do) or at least, have a bunch of fun losing. I'm also gold.

Just thought I'd give any board readers tips given the recent complaints about dying faster or people who want a little spicier bot lane.
