Low priority queue has got me sad

Because it punishes my friends who want to play with me. Why can't I wait out the timer on my own while my buddy plays an ARAM or something?

The so-called 'AFK' I am being punished for lasted less than 5 minutes, too. I disconnected, restarted my router, and was good to go. But I guess that's toxic and makes me a bad person?

At least it gives me a chance to catch up on this week's episode of The Flash, but still, I hate telling my friends they can't play with me until I work off these 5 games.

:/

I doubt you got punished for one AFK game.

That's the thing, it wasn't even an AFK

Nothing's stopping you from waiting out the timer on your own while he plays ARAM. Just don't queue with him :p

So as soon as you see there's a timer, leave the queue. That way he doesn't have to sit and wait, and by unqueuing immediately, you minimize the extra time you wait.
