How to 'fix' ezreal?
Soo, is it possible/why can't re remove how his Q acts like an auto attack. it'd fix most problems people have with him, Klepto, Duskblade, and free sheen procs.

Because that's what Ezreal is. Thresh hooks and CCs enemies. Azir commands sand soldiers. Ezreal fights with an ability that's a long range, aimed, basic attack.
You could say "Why can't we remove Soraka's ability to heal? That would fix the problem of her abusing the OP Ardent Censer." Yeah, it would. By making her an unplayable non-champion.
