I dont normally have a problem with jhin
But like. Gonna be honest here. I don't appreciate losing 1/2 my HP to a single auto-attack from 800 units away (Thanks RFC).

Jhin embodies what everyone hated about ADCs pre crit nerfs. Very high burst in few autos. Despite that, he gets a pass on the boards because he's fun to play and people like the character.
Two things here
- If you're ADC, play a lane bully with an aggressive support (
)and let it unfold. A Jhin that's behind is more or less the same as a super minion - If you any other role, don't draft squishies against Jhin. He has a terrible time dealing with tanks so pick that instead
Regardless live with it, if they put that r%%%%%ed "only deal 90% of dmg" shit 
on Jhin he would be the single most useless and redundant carry.
And how often does that happen? When Jhin isn't outdrafted by any engage supp, Draven, Cait, mage or Yasuo bot, isn't against any tank that can just face tank him for 20s straight because of his fixed AS, and got ahead massively?
Honestly Jhin is in one of the most balanced adc spots currently, comparing to current or previous top tier cancer like Lucian, Cait , Kai'Sa, Senna and now Aphelios.
