@Rito: Intentionally Throwing Games

Is this legal? I've spectated many of the featured ranked games (mostly regarding master/challenger division) displayed on the home page of the PvP client and there have been numerous occasions where one team stops playing altogether giving the other team a free and easy win. I've learned through watching streams that the other team would call "open mid" before this happens.

Isn't this considered elo boosting?
