Shield scalings

i thought the most hated was cait

but by having her shield scale with bonus AD forces a fighet/melee carry champ to be just that... a carry instead of a juggernaut or tank who can have damage while building tank items

we saw a lot of that and no one cared for it

Reason why leesin doesnt have AD scaling on his shield

2 part ability

feeds into his passive

gives him sustain which is another form of defense

Stops him from double dipping into his gold as he is an early game type champion and his ability to do that would bust him

reasons why Riven has AD scaling on shield

Gives her incentives to play her the way she was made to be played

directly punishes for building anything without AD by not allowing her to scale

feeds into her passive which also feeds from AD allowing her to double dip into her gold making tank options unvaiable for her ( or at least in most cases sub optimal, if riven if effectually abusing a Tank Item before core times or situational buys thats a tell tail sign something is REALLY busted )
