its one of rivens only saving graces, shes a brawler that lives off of nothing but her mobility, damage, and how much hp she can steal to survive, other than that she doesnt have enough damage to build tank to make up for her squish while champions like Yasuo as your name suggests you enjoy can build critical builds apply BoRK and never have to worry about anything because you have enough balance

rather than demanding a nerf, why not suggest ways to nerf it that dont destroy the item and get it removed from the item page? :)

such as making it so that it can only proc on a unique target once ever second, adding to the skill required to maximize it (riven cant spam Q to proc it, she has to Q, wait, Q, wait, Q wait AA for example)
