Would you support reverting the Zhonya's Hourglass change?

A while back, the AP on the Hourglass was reduced, the price was reduced, and 10% CDR was added to the item.

However, it's hard to actually utilize the item, and it just feels too clunky to get as a situational item. Morg, swain, and other tanky champs buy it more often than not. But it's only an item I buy if I'm behind and there's a fed AD assassin/bruiser, making it hard to plan ahead to fit the CDR in my runes/masteries, if that makes any sense.

I remember reading in the patch notes that its build path and usage were made intentionally awkward, but ever since it was changed, I buy it much less than I used to.
