Dynamic Queue is just a mess.

There seems to be a ton of oversights when designing the new dynamic queue. So far, here are my biggest issues with it:

• This one has been stated MANY times but queueing in SOLO QUEUE as 5 people has destroyed the integrity of ranked. The fact 5 people can group up with voice chat and play a group of randoms in solo queue should never be a thing. It doesn't matter if it's only 15% of games. It should be 0%. Organization and coordination are grossly undervalued here and it destroys the aspect of solo queue many of us enjoyed. Being solo, fighting against other people that are solo, and testing ourselves to see if we can rise. This also means that ranks in solo queue mean less, as Slutty McGee can get carried to the upper tiers by her diamond/challenger beta orbiters and be at the same rank as people that actually got themselves there on their own.

IMO they should just relax the restrictions on ranked TEAMS and allow dynamic queueing for that mode and keep solo queue solo queue. Maybe have ranked teams be based on individual elo but have the requirement that you MUST queue with 5 other people. Possibly, require players to be in a set team of players once they reach a certain elo threshold IE upper diamond or master.

• Queueing up with a duo partner for bot lane is impossible now because you need to pick a secondary role. Both players can't choose bot/support and support/bot because the game requires they have a "wider variety of roles selected".

IMO they should allow you to queue as one selected role, if that's what you want to do. Players accept the longer queue time by selecting the one role if they want, and that should be acceptable. If a bot duo wants to practice together, they shouldn't be forced to roll the dice on other roles and hope they get bottom lane once they get in game.

• The set positions have given players a sense of entitlement and pick order is no longer a thing that is respected. If I queue as mid / jungle and get first pick as mid, this forces me to first pick a mid champion that will be counter picked by the enemy mid. I can't trade with randoms in solo queue because that never works and they almost never have all the champions, so it basically puts players in a bad spot. In the previous draft mode I would have just taken a safer role such as jungle or support if I was first pick in solo queue but I can't do that now because of the role assignments.

• Kicking players for not locking in is causing a lot of dropped games, and because the champion select process takes longer, this is increasing the amount of time in between games by a lot. I don't understand why they need to be kicked if they've highlighted a champion already. I can understand if they just haven't selected anyone but if they highlight a champion, they're obviously not AFK and shouldn't be kicked from the game, since this mechanic seems to have been implemented to kick AFK players.

• The drop down menu with the champions is way narrower than the old champion selection page and it takes forever to scroll down and browse for a champion if you own all of them. This makes it difficult to select a champion if you're not sure who you want to play.

Easy solution to this, just display more champions on the page.

• Highlighting the preferred champion at the start adds a lot of extra time. Why can't we just do that while bans are happening and while other players select their champions? This would cut down on queue time a lot.
