A Fair Nerf To Lee Sin

I feel that Lee Sin should have the speed of his Q projectile nerfed along with the activation window of Resonating Strike.

I came to this conclusion because I was thinking about Blitzcrank

Both Qs seem to be about the same speed, however LeeSin is capable of making a solo play off of his Q (usually involving killing the target) while Blitzcrank requires a team to capitalize off of his Q save for specific scenarios.

Lee Sin's Q is also a much safer option than Blitzcrank's. Not only does his tool kit allow him to disengage from a Resonating Strike dive (thereby allowing a larger breadth of play potential) but he also has a long period of time to decide if he wants to dive in. This is not mentioning the utility of using it as a scouting tool. Compare this to Blitzcrank's Q. He can't fish around for targets due to the resource cost and there is still potential for grabbing a target that can turn things around for the enemy team ( Amumu )

I feel that making the Q projectile move slower and reducing the activation window for Resonating Strike will help bring it in line with the power of other, similar moves already in League by reducing its reliability and safety while not necessarily reducing its overall power.

Blitz's Q is hands down one of the strongest basic abilities in the game. It can single handedly swing games. Trying to play Lee's Q off as being stronger than Blitz's hook is pretty ridiculous imo.

Blitz Q > Lee Q by a very large margin
