Darius Balance Suggestion

R - Noxian Guillotine Now Consumes all stacks of Hemorrhage on it's target.

Why? Darius is getting automatic kills on low health targets because Hemorrhage will cause them to bleed out even if the Darius doesn't have enough skill to properly time his ultimate. Even if he used R to soon and lets the target walk away alive his passive secures the kill.

What a player will have to do? Make a skill based choice. Does Darius need the hemorrhage stacks or should he attempt to cash them in for a killing blow?

Does it follow your theme of that champions have moments of strength and weakness used on other champions like Ryze and Gnar? Yes, Darius now grows in strength, but instead remaining deadly for huge amounts of time at the end long fights he must decide when to cash in his extra power and attempt to finish kills with R.

There's already a huge penalty for ulting a target and not getting the killing blow; you don't get the ult reset.

But you do realise that Darius is nerfed to the ground at this point?

Twitch used to have something like that on his E -- it would consume all stacks of his passive. I don't think Riot liked that though for some reason.

they need to increase his E mana cost to 80/70/60/50/40 and remove the passive to an active, grabbed enemies will have their armor penetration reduced by 5/10/15/20/25%

Yes, because if you try to cut someone down the middle and don't kill them, their wounds automatically heal.

He already loses the reset if he misses the dunk (which is really easy to do, mind you), his ultimate doesn't need fixing, his Q heal needs to be flattened, or just removed.

Seems fair to me. He's already greatly rewarded for dunking successfully (kill, CD/mana resets), he should likewise be punished for screwing up.

Though thematically it would be kinda silly to have an over-the-top glorious axe chop make you stop bleeding suddenly. Not that his Q healing him makes much more sense.
