Concerns: Removing Executioners Calling

I'm concerned that you removed an item niche from the game when you removed executions calling.

I feel it kept certain champs from running over games. I this item kept me from getting run over by Irelia and Warwick in many games last season. The healing debuff kept those champs from infinite sustaining and winning games. Executioners Calling countered the infinite sustain kill your entire team 1v5 there is nothing you can do cause massive life steal is gonna win exploit.
