Don't Veigar's use their e to land everything else?
How do you expect them to effectively use Rylai's to land their E if they're relying on their E to land everything else?
dont try to land the stun unless u can predict the enemies movement u wont land it but on the other hand if u use it to zone it works well.i can still blow u up with my spells even if i dont land the stun. Its pretty damn good in a team fight.
Mm.. actually, this isnt too bad an idea if you land Q first. Which is doable now. But Rylai's costs too much.
