Has anyone had success jungling with Kha'zix yet?

Honestly asking; i played a few games last night (1 as Kha'zix), and i had a horrible time. I went with the recommended items of Talisman and Flask (Mistake #1), started Krugs w/ leash and went to red, where i was executed (extremely embarrassing, i play a lot of khazix). The whole game i had to back after 2 camps until i got hunter's flask, by which time i was too far behind to do much.

If anyone else has had success, please let me know what you did.

My plans for next games:

1. start machete + 3 pots (why does Riot recommend Talisman for Kha'zix!?!?)
2. go Q->W->W->E, maxing W, because pre-6 ganks are basically impossible now and i need the sustain
3. Try to build -> -> . Youmous def seems strong right now; the Tiamat nerfs mean that it doesn't seem worth rushing anymore.

This is just my prospective plan; i'll update tonight when i'm able to test this out.

UPDATE: Just had a pretty successful game with him, i'll explain how i did:

1. 0/18/12 masteries, with Thunderlords Decree, and AD/Armor/CDR rune page (my standard for Khazix)

2. IGNORE THE RECOMMENDED ITEMS and started Machete + 3 pots

3. Gromp w/ leash + smite --> Wolves --> scuttle --> blue --> fail gank (they spotted me, i got out, recalled) (yes i actually had enough health to gank!)

4. Buy poachers knife, a pink, and some pots, then clear red side. At this point i am sustaining well enough to look for ganks.

5. After poachers knife, rush , a very efficient item. Didn't upgrade poachers until afterwards, not sure if ideal to skip. got Warriors as 2nd item.

6. Tried to go Titanic after that, but game got out of hand late and couldn't get the gold. Not sure tiamat items are worth picking up until late, anymore; will experiment with other items later.

7. Results: 9/4/7, did fairly well, but bot lane got demolished and Garen started getting fed. Definitely a promising build path for Kha'zix though
