I know they're both different things, but the context on whichever gets mostly used or not & receives buffs/nerfs is seriously fked up.

Poop Jelly3 votesI'm a little confused... From what I understand [mainly from boards], people complain about why Riot balances around pro play/high elo so I'm a bit surprised.
For Lux, her "buff" is more like power shift. I personally dislike that they make the E less effective (cus I love all things that poke), but I've heard her changes were welcomed by many, so potato-potahto.
For Cap (can't remember the name... lol), personally I only used it for some, more specifically assassins, but mainly used manaband flow because it's more needed for pokey mages. I also think that assassins benefit better from this rune than many mages so I'm completely fine with them moving this to Domination tree.

Honestly it MIGHT be worth it. Though I like taking resolve runes for revitalize and font of life. Gonna have to tinker with it in norms to see.
