I figure it would be really handy for tanky folks since the 5% CDR from masteries is dropping off the face of the Earth unless you invest in the +5% cap mastery.
That would allow them to hit the cap with Visage and Iceborn, which would be nice.

It and Veil are the only actual non-support/jungle MR options, and it's about damn time their stats reflected that.

If I had a say in the matter, I would still love to see a bonus HP enhancing item outside the Jungle. Bringing back Soul Shroud (
) and giving it a named passive that it shares with Cinderhulk would be absolutely wonderful.
