Can we bring the "Inspiration" mastery back?

For those of you that don't know, the inspiration mastery reads as follows:

> While near an allied champion with a higher level, grants 10/20 experience every 10 seconds.

Looking at my last 40 games as support, I have reached level 18 ONCE as support (which is what I main). Supports are a lot more under-leveled this season compared to last season. I know riot was looking to add a few more masteries this season, and it would be nice if something like this could make the cut.
