Does WW counter akali?

z63XnLCMwX··1 votes·211 views

Played a game where I panick picked WW top with the enemy picking akali as a counter-pick. Even with her rammus camping the lane, she wasn't able to do much farming nor were they able to kill me. Can any WW top laners confirm he hard counters her? I need a champ to shut her down solidly if I ever run into her again.

warwick's sustain is frightening... for real. I can't say if he hard counters her but if you can outsustain her and get her off you with your e it seems like he'd be a really strong pick against her.

I would imagine he counters her due to his sustain and damage reduction. She would lose any trade.
