I don't feel it's very fair to be shot at with a with 1600 speed arrow that stuns for a second MINIMUM and isn't blocked by creeps, can we please have a minimum range at which Ashe's ult has to travel to stun.

I don't feel it's very fair to be shot at with a with no projectile speed bear that stuns for 1.25 seconds MINIMUM and isn't blocked by creeps, can we please have a minimum range at which Annie's ult has to travel to stun.

...So, the only reason for him to be standing next to Ashe is if he flashed next to Ashe to do his ult on her and she used her R defensively.
I'm going to side with Ashe on this one. I don't feel it would be very fair for an Azir to flash behind the enemy team and shove at least 1 player MINIMUM into a turret (possibly of his own creation) with no counterplay. And his ult also isn't blocked by creeps.
