Garen OP
Lets be real, the last patch where Garen got a little rework has made him unkillable, and do tons of damage at the same time. Hell, i just played as teemo against garen, and before he had bought any MR items, my poison was doing 1/4th the damage.
Lets make Garen more viable (impossible to kill late game with ridiculous amounts of damage)
