Can we buff overgrowth?
This shit gives me like 200 health max per game, it's not even worth taking at all.

The whole 4th tier needs to be changed. Well actually the whole Resolve tree needs to be looked at but the 4th tier has two runes that are situational and many times you have neither situation and overgrowth is trash and boring.
Ogregrowth is fine, the games are just too short to abuse it, not to mention its max hp which means it also scales with items and levels.
Itl be better as riot starts making the avg game longer.
