The Real Hidden Power with Electrocute
It's something that's bugged me ever since the rune came out. It's actually really stupid, and wasn't present in Thunderlord's Decree, with no explanation for why it happens.
When someone meets the condition to proc Electrocute, it's delayed by about a half-second, maybe a full second. You'll get your three hits, and then after you're done, zap. Why? Why is that the way that it is? It may not seem like much, but there is so much hidden power behind it. You could be calculating the damage your opponent does, "I can survive this", you survive it and flash away so they can't follow up. Oh, wait, they have a taser, ZAP! Dead. Now you've burned your flash. It's such a ridiculous thing that it delays. At one point, I was fighting a Sylas in lane, he took electrocute. He engaged on me while I was half health as Vlad, and got his combo off while I was CC'd. Q -> Chain knockup -> W. Electrocute took its sweet time hitting me, so I thought "Awesome, I survived, I can counter-kill!" and opened with my ult. Aaand then I died because electrocute hit.
It's a lack of clarity. It's a moment of "Hey you survived! Haha sike." It doesn't really make any sense. Get rid of that delay, it doesn't belong there.
