As it stands it looks like putting eve's new W on a champion under tower won't draw tower aggro. What do y'all think, should it, or does it make sense for it not to?

Zezockary1 votesCC doesn't draw tower aggro by itself, it has to deal damage. As Veigar I can stun people under turret and not get targeted.
