But then I played a game of new rammus... my goodness is he fucking busted. No, not as in op op, but as in unusable... How am I supposed to do anything with a 60% self slow. I still die in 3-4 seconds between true damage and %hp damage with lifesteal. To top it off, I can't even hit enemy champions unless I get a perfect power ball...
