Tahm Kench Devour (W) no longer gives 15-25% movement speed when running away from enemy champions while holding an allied champion.

I just had a tahm with double warmogs kill me as a fed 7/1 cait 2v1.... I'm completely baffled by how much dmg he did. I was nearly oom so couldn't do much to kite but what the hell... a sup with 2 warmogs kills me that quick there's something seriously wrong.
