Small Hecarim suggestion

I love Hecarim Hecarim as a champion but feel he doesn't get enough love. According to http://champion.gg/champion/Hecarim , he only has a 13.86% Play rate and I feel like with just the smallest tweak, he can get more games and more attention overall. I mean, how does a Shadow centaur-thing (?) not get more love?

Hecarim's W Spirit of Dread should provide the heal not just to Hecarim, but to all allies within the range of Spirit of Dread.

This change does not buff Hecarim's survivability nor his overall damage, but provides him to be a safeguard for his teammates to rally behind and can drastically change what Hecarim provides in a teamfight besides the initiation / counter initiation with his ultimate.

he is one of the strongest champs in the game, and top 5 winrates lol he needs a nerf

What? Hecarim is already extremely strong right now. He's pushing a 54% win rate. Why on earth does he need a buff?

13% playrate is a pretty big deal.
