Maokai Changes to make him more viable in the current meta

Maokai is known for being this Press-W CC tank that everyone loves/hates, and his teamfight and laning could be helped just a bit to make him that much more threatening and usable in this meta.

- Move his Passive to his E.
This change is interesting for a few reasons.
Compared to all the new champions coming out, Maokai's passive is relatively simple. Every so often, after spells have been used near you, you auto-attack something to get health back. Simple.

This change is interesting for a few reasons.
Moving this passive, Sap Magic, to his E allows for a completely new passive to change up Maokai's playstyle or at least give him some new options.
With this new passive on his E, we are going to change it up by scaling the heal based on the player's rank in their E, but not in scaling per Maokai's overall level but with E at rank 5, the heal would be stronger than Maokai's max passive heal currently. aka, More points in E --> Stronger heal.
This change sets up Maokai players to make a choice. Do they want more damage overall? Max Q Do they want more CC? Max W. Do they want more Survivability? Max E.
His E, already being a ranged spell as well as a scout method to check brush, makes perfect sense keep his E as a Survival tool.

- With the passive slot open, I have a suggestion for what could replace Sap Magic there.
Maokai's new passive would be "Father Nature". As long as Maokai is near allied minions, they gain maximum health equal to a percent of Maokai's Maximum Health.
Yes, its another simple passive for the Tree Guy, but overall it would preventing the enemy from simply farming out laning phase due to the increase in the minion health. Takes longer to kill each minion --> Overall better pushing potential As well, it would do wonders to his pushing potential, whether solo in top lane, OR pushing with his team.

- Maokai's W is great where it currently stands, but I feel like it's lacking some extra "OOMPH", or something to make it more than simple "Press-W" snare. His W, Twisted Advance, should place a Stack on his enemy. Once this Stack is on the enemy, autoing that target 4 times will proc his "passive (on his E now)" Heal again.
BUT, Maokai's allies can proc the heal. Whomever lands the 4th and final auto on the target will get the Maokai heal instead (this doesn't take a heal away from Maokai, he can still use the passive E heal, this just gives another possible heal to either himself or an ally). THIS IS HUGE for allowing adcs to survive in a teamfight, cementing Maokai as a true support tank.

- The last part is a change to Maokai's Ultimate Vengeful Maelstrom. I've always thought his ult was great, but lacked presence, or at least, the presence was negligible and not appreciated by Maokai's allies.
Vengeful Maelstrom should have a slight buff added on to it, just like Maokai's W did.
- 4a) Whenever a Maokai Heal is proc'd (by Maokai himself through an auto, or by an Ally through the buff to Arcane Advance) when the Maokai ult is up, All allies inside Maokai's Ult radius will receive the heal benefit.
This is very similar to the heal at the end of the Kindred ult, but this provides incentive for the Maokai player to stick with his team and protect them, as well as providing incentive for Maokai's Team to fall back to gain the protection of Maokai. But I understand that this buff could be incredibly overpowered, so if it does end up being too strong, Here's another suggestion.
- 4b) Whenever a Maokai Heal is proc'd (by Maokai himself through an auto, or by an Ally through the buff to Arcane Advance) when the Maokai ult is up, the Heal will be passed to the lowest health team member inside the Maokai ult, regardless of whomever proc'd the heal.
Just these few updates, without actually changing Maokai's kit, would provide huge outplays and potential by Maokai players by healing his teammates and keeping them healthy and safe during fights.
