Sumisera, The Lookout

It's about time we got a 5th ninja in League. Like the rest, Sumisera is melee and uses energy. However, she is a mobile support, always ready to assist her allies in warding, gaining vision, and roaming for an assassination. She throws kunai with wires and summons pole/pillars on which she can perch.

Her main mechanic is summoning Pillars on which she can perch and become ranged (think Trundle pillar / Ivern in brush). Using her Q, she can connect her Pillars with wires on which she can traverse between the Pillars, going over terrain. While Perched on a Pillar, she has a ranged attack and can still use her abilities. She cannot attack or use abilities while wire-walking except for her W, which will let her drop down. While wire-walking, she can switch directions by right-clicking the previous pillar in order to course correct.

**[Passive] 3 Steps Ahead ** Sumisera gains a charge every time she damages an enemy champion. At 3 charges, she gains a small burst of movement speed and her next auto attack is ranged, even if not Perched.

[Q] Kunai Tether 60 Energy

Sumisera throws a wired kunai from within her sleeve in a targeted direction.

If it hits an enemy Champion, it slows and marks them for X seconds. An ally attack on the marked enemy will consume the mark, dealing bonus magic damage and heal the ally over time. (Her Q will go through minions and neutral monsters)

If it hits a Pillar and there is another Pillar within range of the Pillar hit, it will redirect the Tether in an attempt to connect them. (An enemy can interrupt this by body-blocking the Tether)

[W] Masking Presence Cost: 100 Energy Passive: Sumisera gains 15/25/35/45/65% movement speed while wire-walking.

Active: Sumisera throws an artifact which propels itself in a designated direction, creating a line of smoke in its path. This applies nearsight to all enemies within.

(Works like Viktor's Death Ray)

[E] Preparation 20 Energy

Sumisera throws a disk to a targeted location. After 2 seconds, the disk will summon a Pillar, knocking up and dealing magic damage to enemies in a small radius. The Pillar will remain there for 5 seconds, unless it becomes Tethered. If Tethered, it will remain standing for 25 seconds.

Preparation has 2/2/3/3/3 charges.

**[R] Evade / Abduct ** 100 Energy

On the ground: Sumisera slings a Kunai tether from both sleeves, creating 2 overlaying arcs, dealing magic damage and knocking back all enemies hit. The first enemies hit by both will become marked with the Kunai.

Perched: Sumisera will dash to a targetted location within 1000/1500/2500 range for 5 seconds. If she autos an enemy champion in that duration, she and her target will be pulled back to the Pillar she launched from.

** Explanation of the Pillar/Perch mechanic: ** Her sister ninja Akali will assist with the elaboration of Sumisera's Mechanics.

https://imgur.com/mLB7yV6 The Player chooses a target location and uses E: Preparation

https://imgur.com/n3z7EHB After 2 seconds, a Pillar will appear there. (Thank you Dummy for being a stand in!)

https://imgur.com/eCGuECH Sumisera can use the pillar to see into fog of war for 2 seconds after being summoned (To make it balanced unlike the Target dummy). However, once Sumisera is Perched, she will have sight of the whole area (Not into brush though).

https://imgur.com/kQkhTIy Sumisera throws her Q Kunai Tether at the Pillar.

https://imgur.com/m9LyCRQ After colliding with the Pillar, it senses a fellow pillar nearby and attempts to connect to it.

https://imgur.com/zaXc7hm If Sumisera has used all 3 charges and has the other 2 Pillars within range, the Tether will attempt to connect to both of them from the Pillar hit by the Kunai.

https://imgur.com/y1blM3G This mechanic can also be used to harass in lane. By throwing it at Pillar #1, the tether will then be redirected to the other Pillar #2, and instead hit the enemy champion who was between the 2 Pillars.

I really like this champion concept. Can enemies attack the pillars to knock them down?

Also, I think the W isn't needed. Everything on the W could be a part of either the pillar ability or her passive.

I think giving her a more active W would be better. Something that fits her ninja theme and can support friendly champions more directly.

So basically...

Another support/assassin like Pyke?
