In the case that you get a (orange) skin when you wanted blue (champion) or vice versa.

This would probably lead to easy access to Champion Mastery 6 and 7 I'm assuming :P

Champion mastery should show you play a champion a lot, not you got lucky by RNG (or paid for it).
